Lefsetz can't stop raving about this guy.
Finally looked up some songs after a few of his posts about
James McMurtry.
I can't say his voice is exceptional, or the songs have hooks.
But his lyrics speak to me like few others do these days.
Life in this country is fucking hard. And the wealthy have control.
It's about fucking time somebody is singing about it.
