Stewart vs. O'Reilly

Here's Part 1 of 5.

Jon Stewart of The Daily Show was on The O'Reilly Factor again this week. And from what we see on the UNedited interview, he was strong and persistent in explaining how Fox News has become a platform for the GOP and Neo Cons running our country and media.

He lays out how Beck and Hannity instill fear in ignorant Americans rather than inform them with facts about what is really going on. And he nails it.

Unfortunately, Fox watered down the interview to just a few minutes of banter, mostly in O'Reilly and Fox's favor. Yes, I know that all television interviews must be edited and yes I know there is not enough time in the program to air everything.

But they knew this debate was a big fucking deal. We knew this debate was a big fucking deal. It should have earned more airtime. But hey, that's the beauty of the internet. We get full access to it all.

Unfortunately, the spoils only go to those that seek the truth. It will not be fed to you on television.

Stewart may be hilarious and entertaining, but he is one of the brightest voices in our media. I want to see more of this. Like a lot more.

I can't wait for Stewart vs. Beck. But I don't think Glenn's got the balls.
